I run a club in Wisconsin with some friends. We have a stage, a bar, a bunch of arcade games, a patio, and a kitchen. It’s awesome. Personal highlights since opening in 2019 include watching Torche [figuratively] blow a hole in our new roof, taking the stage for Slaughter Rule’s first show ever, and much more.
I’ve done pretty much all of the design work thus far — logos, neons, flyers, merch, menus, etc. Here’s some of it.
Photos by Clayton Hauck (most of the color shots), Brian Santostefano (B&W live shots), and me (just a couple). David Leutert painted the stage mural.

Some of my favorite shirt designs from over the years.
I’ve been working for the LA-based nonprofit punk rock zine since 2015, putting together art and design for over 40 issues. Here’s a sampling of some of it, including 5 of the 7 covers I’ve designed and the “Mail and Destroy” artwork for the 2020 donation drive. Check em out at razorcake.org and support independent media!
A few hits from the past few years, including a whole entire tour that didn’t happen!
In 2009 I sanded all the paint off of my maroon 1994 Nissan Sentra Limited Edition. I kept all of the dust that came off during the process. I then mixed that dust with oil to make ink, and used that ink to make a series of prints. The number of prints in the edition (243) was limited by the amount of ink I was able to make from the entirety of the dust.
(I re-painted the car gray.)
The car is long gone, scrapped in 2018 when it stopped driving, but I have a lot of these prints left if you need some art for your house.
The printing process and its results were featured in the 2013 book For the Love of Letterpress.
